The committee still requires assistance with the following areas from the body:

1. Prepping food for grilling on Thursday, July 19th (HKAC)

2. Grilling and preparing sides on Friday, July 20th (HKAC)

3.  Packing up Vehicles at the HKAC at 7AM to move all items to the Monte Sano State Park for setup by 9AM.
